Some clients choose to outsource other functions, such as catalogue building, especially during the launch phase.
Order fulfilment: Where clients choose to do their own order management and customer support, Real TSP ensures that they are expertly set up. Some clients prefer to outsource these activities and, in that case, Real TSP works with a third party to provide a first class fulfilment experience. Real TSP can manage the relationship with the third party on your behalf.

Catalogue management: Building a catalogue is labour-intensive, particularly for the launch of the site. If clients do not have the in-house resources to take this task on, Real TSP can project manage the process and build the catalogue if required. Once your business is online we can either provide support and training in catalogue maintenance or, in some cases, we may retain ongoing responsibility.
